This document is part of the research agendas of both the ILO Regional Office and ILO/Cinterfor on digital skills, vocational training and the labour market integration of young people, particularly those in vulnerable conditions.

It aims to contribute to generating knowledge and practical inputs for reflection and action on the design of training policies so that young people can access labour markets in which these digital skills are increasingly relevant with greater chances of success.
