On 26 and 27 July 2022, Fernando Vargas Zúñiga, a Cinterfor specialist, participated in this first seminar on a central topic for people's employability, held in Bogotá, Colombia, organised by the Colombian Ministry of Labour.

The activity was attended by various international specialists on the subject who presented different views, approaches and experiences for the development of the strategy of recognition of prior learning.

Our specialist participated by presenting an overview of the certification of competencies in the region and the challenges of certifying migrants.

To close the event, the group of international specialists answered the questions posed by those attending the First International Seminar on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) as a means of qualification for social equity.
